In-person
Watch Cognitive Functional Therapy consultations including the patient story (interview), physical examination and management plan from the first consultation to post-discharge
Discuss clinical reasoning with your colleagues and Prof. Wim Dankaerts (Evထlve Certified CFT Trainer)
Learn about the Cognitive Functional Therapy multidimensional Clinical Reasoning Framework form
DAY 3
Saturday 2 May, 8:30-17:00 CET
In-person
Watch a more complex case application of Cognitive Functional Therapy consultation from the first consultation to post-discharge
Apply the Cognitive Functional Therapy multidimensional Clinical Reasoning Framework form
Discuss clinical reasoning with your colleagues and Prof. Wim Dankaerts (Evထlve Certified CFT Trainer)
Learn about the research supporting the effectiveness of CFT
Develop an understanding of the training pathway to become an Evထlve Certified CFT Practitioner
Post course
Online
Receive access to the remainder of the course and CFT consultation videos
Complete the remainder of the online course (1-3 hours)
Rewatch and revise the content as needed
Sucessfully complete the final quiz and be awarded with the Evထlve Certificate of Foundational KNOWLEDGE of CFT

Important information
The course content is identical to Tier 1 - KNOWLEDGE online with additional interactive activities related to the online patient cases.
Registrants will be sent an enrolment email from Evoolve Pain Care Academy 2 weeks prior to the first in-person day (day 2).
It is essential that registrants complete the online ‘day 1’ content prior to attending first in-person day (day 2). Ensure you have sufficient time to watch ~5 hours of video content. The online ‘day 1’ content is assumed knowledge for the remainder of the course.

How to get to the venue (Medfit Flemingsberg)
From Stockholm central/city: Take the commuter train (train 40 or 41) towards “Södertälje centrum”. Get off at the station “Flemingsberg”. The ride takes 19 minutes. Sit in the last train carriage in the direction of travel. At the exit, go right and you will see the large building with the sign “Medfit”. It is just a 2-minute walk from Flemingsberg station.
